Context of the position

Join an innovative company based in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, specializing in the development of digital solutions for businesses. Currently in full expansion, the company is looking for an IT Project Manager to take charge of structuring projects during the maternity leave of the IT Manager. With a dynamic team of developers, DevOps, and data scientists, you will be at the heart of high-impact projects such as the ERP change and the implementation of a new telephony system.

You will work directly with members of the Management Committee, making your ability to communicate and challenge strategic decisions essential. This position is a great opportunity for those with a passion for AI and Vibe Coding. Position: IT Project Manager / AI Expertise / Vibe Coding.

Work environment

• Collect, analyze, and formalize the needs of users and business departments.
• Write functional and technical specifications.
• Develop project schedules and monitor their progress.
• Ensure project communication (steering committees, reporting, documentation).
• Manage project risks, costs, and resources.
• Organize testing, acceptance, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Maintain active monitoring of generative AI and propose continuous improvement areas.
• Design, develop, and deploy internal tools and automations.
• Jira, Confluence for project management.
• Generative AI, prompt engineering, Vibe Coding.
• Use of development tools like Replit or Claude.
• Automation with n8n, Apps Script, Python.
• Minimum Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Natural leadership and effective communication, comfortable collaborating with Management Committee members.
• Strong interest in AI technologies and Vibe Coding.
