Context

Experienced IT Project Manager, capable of coordinating teams, managing operational commitments, and ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and expected quality levels.

The consultant will work in coordination with project managers to streamline needs management, optimize team workload, and anticipate risks and potential deviations.

Missions

Expected deliverables

• Operational management of the platform: coordinate internal and external collaborators, monitor activity progress, and ensure commitments are met.
• Project and commitment management: formalize intervention scopes, budgets, schedules, and associated objectives.
• Risk and budget management: identify risks, implement preventive and corrective actions, and alert in case of deviations or necessary arbitration.
• Workload management: monitor team capacity, organize priorities, and ensure a coherent distribution of activities.
• Coordination and communication
• Indicator monitoring: ensure reporting, monitor KPIs, and keep management tools up-to-date, particularly Kantree.
• Continuous improvement: contribute to process evolution, support platform transformation actions, and ensure their proper understanding by the teams.
• Coordination of operational resources: ensure the availability of tools, rights, and access necessary for collaborators.
• Business interface: participate in meetings with business stakeholders as needed by project managers.
• Monitoring and execution schedules.
• Risk sheets and associated action plans.
• Dashboards and management KPIs.
• Activity and workload monitoring.
• Updating information and actions in Kantree.
• Reporting of alerts, deviations, and commitments.
• Continuous improvement plans and monitoring of transformation actions.
