We are looking for an IT Project Manager for a 3-month renewable mission in Niort. The role involves overseeing and managing IT and digital projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment between business needs and product roadmaps, and managing budgets, timelines, and resources.

Objectives and Deliverables
The Projects:
You will be entrusted with the management of several IT and digital projects.
1 - Project and Study Management
Define, structure, and organize each project phase (Scoping, Execution, Deployment, Warranty)
Manage and contribute to the study (solution selection, cost estimation, risks, necessary project resources, staffing, planning)
Define the means necessary for project implementation (budgets, resources, change management, etc.)
Manage relationships with the supplier(s) (publisher and integrator, from contract signing to final project validation)
Lead governance: Organize and lead committees, write and distribute minutes
Arbitrate any disputes between the team and other stakeholders
Monitor and measure progress (create dashboards, choose indicators, plan steering committees, etc.)
Plan the tasks necessary for deliverable production
Ensure project warranty
Organize feedback / project reviews.
2 - Implementation of user support actions:
Organize the transition of the Project to RUN mode
Organize user support
Participate in organizing communication and coordinate change management and user training
3 - Guarantee of the best quality-cost-deadline balance:
Ensure compliance with specifications
Validate deliverables
Ensure deadlines and costs are met
Propose any trajectory modifications (quality, cost, deadline) to the business or project owner during the project.
- Supervise and manage projects from conception to completion, using internal and external resources, while respecting costs and deadlines,
- Ensure a cross-functional view of needs between business units and products, and of schedules/costs/deadlines,
- Contribute to and ensure that a project roadmap and its budget lines are established.
