Project overview

We are looking for a Project Manager for a 3-month renewable mission in Niort.

Possibility of working remotely 2 days a week.

Context:

The service is under the operational management of the "Customer Relations and Networks Management and Testing" entity, which supervises the content and execution of assigned missions.

We are looking for a Project Manager to take charge of managing projects and IT components for programs, workstreams, and technical-functional pre-projects for IT system evolution.

Our entity addresses the following areas, and the workload for this mission will be determined by current project needs and the profile of the selected candidate:

• Evolution of core systems used by the IT system (TIBCO, DOMINO, PROPRIETARY CORE SYSTEMS)
• Implementation of regulations (GDPR, AML/CFT, DMD2, DEMTEL, …)
• Management and control of customer flows (telephone, SMS, emails, …)
• Customer relationship management

-Evolution of application and technical platforms

-Management of IT solution development projects budgeted between 300 and 2000 man-days

-Ability to organize and manage the activity of multiple contributors

Niort > Occasional travel possible to Paris > Remote work (2 days per week) possible depending on mission requirements and after a validated integration period (minimum 6 weeks)

3 months renewable (up to 3 years)

• Take charge of the management and costing of studies conducted prior to projects
• Take charge of one or more projects (IT and/or Business) in their management and/or project management dimensions.
• Operational support for IT Managers
• Coordination of project teams and/or technical and business managers
• Guarantee the successful completion of the project(s) in accordance with commitments made at the launch
• Very good understanding of IT engineering and architecture topics
• Knowledge of application development (Specifications, Design, Development, Testing, Production Deployment)
• AGILE and V-cycle project management, mastery of associated methods
• Organization and operation of large companies and their IT departments
• Experience with similar IT systems
• Experience in projects related to one or more of the following themes:
• Careful communication
• Start: ASAP
