Project details

London

Working Model: Hybrid (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)

Contract: 12-Month Initial Contract (strong possibility of extension)

My client, a premier global investment management firm, is looking for two Project Managers to join their embedded Enterprise Change Office (ECO) team in London.

The ECO PM role is designed for action-oriented professionals capable of leading small- to medium-scale initiatives from inception through delivery. Working in tandem with business, operations, and technology teams, you will manage governance frameworks, track milestones, and ensure strategic transformation targets are achieved. This position is tailored for an ambitious Project Manager with around five years of experience who is ready to accelerate their career, broaden their capabilities, and deliver tangible results within a top-tier asset manager.

Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience Required

  • Project Delivery & Execution: Drive end-to-end execution across small-to-medium change initiatives using established delivery methodologies.
  • Workstream Coordination: Direct multiple operational and business work streams to hit target milestones within agreed scopes and timelines.
  • Governance & Executive Reporting: Set up and run governance forums, steering group updates, and high-level progress reporting.
  • Risk & Dependency Mitigation: Proactively identify, monitor, and resolve project risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with sponsors, operational units, and technology partners, ensuring transparent updates and delivery confidence.
  • Business Readiness & Change Adoption: Facilitate change enablement, process handover, and transition plans to secure sustained business uptake.
  • Experience Level: Approximately 5 years of professional delivery experience, demonstrating a strong track record of hands-on project management and delivery focus.
  • Industry Background: Direct experience within Asset Management / Investment Management OR management consulting experience advising asset management and financial services clients.
  • Delivery Mindset: Hands-on "doer" mentality with high energy, accountability, and the ability to operate effectively within ambiguous or evolving project environments.
  • Business-Led Focus: Strong business project management capabilities (this is a business change/operating model role rather than a deeply technical infrastructure PM role). Prior experience transitioning from or incorporating business analysis is welcome, provided recent experience is centered on PM delivery.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Skills: Clear, structured written and verbal executive communication skills.
  • Start: flexible
  • Location: London, South East England, GB, GB
  • Rate: 75-88 EUR/h
