Project Manager Life Insurance

Project overview

We are looking for a Life Insurance Project Manager for a 3-month renewable mission in Levallois-Perret.

Context:

Within the DTSI and more specifically within the CMP Vie Levallois (Solution SI Vie Levallois), we are looking for a Business Owner Assistance service provider to temporarily strengthen the CMP Vie team in Levallois on LIFE INSURANCE STUDIES.

The main mission is to take charge of studies and projects from the Life Insurance Department's roadmap in conjunction with Life business stakeholders, as well as the Group's brand and transverse departments.

Occasional travel to other sites is to be expected.

Project details

Knowledge of insurance technicalities

• Contribute to opportunity studies alongside the Life Insurance Department
• Define the project scope, organize the project workstreams and governance,
• Organize and carry out the feasibility study phase,
• Write specifications
• Manage and coordinate assigned projects in compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives.
• Ensure the deployment of projects and solutions, and ensure the implementation of change management for end-users.
• Familiarize yourself with existing Life offerings
• Understand and share sales and subscription processes with the Life business.
• Coordinate Business and IT on a daily basis, communicating priorities and constraints to each.
• Manage Life's evolving maintenance within the scope
• Coordinate TAU (Technical Acceptance Testing) in consultation with solution centers and validation centers.
• Knowledge of multi-support and term life, PER, Savings, financial products, annuity products,
• Expected experience with several major life insurance players
• Ability to lead meetings with BUSINESS and IT
• Experience in applying SAFe in a life insurance context, and the various key roles to implement (Scrum Master, PO, ... and various ceremonies)
