Project Manager M365 Implementation

Project overview

+ Creation of a "as-is" analysis of the existing Windows environment

+ Creation of a requirements analysis of the various stakeholders in the project

+ Creation of a project plan including milestones for the M365 implementation

+ Creation of a budget plan for the overall project (personnel resources, license costs, etc.)

+ Tracking of project progress and, if necessary, adjustment of the plan

+ Creation of project reports on project progress (bi-weekly)

+ Creation of comprehensive documentation of all project activities

Overall goal is the implementation of M365 with the functions MS Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Office and CoPilot

Requirements

+ at least 7 years of project experience in the IT infrastructure environment

+ Experience in the implementation of M365

+ very good knowledge of M365 (CoPilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office)

+ Project management certifications in the area of Prince2 or SCRUM

+ Knowledge in the area of Azure
