Project Manager MS Project (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Consulting in developing structured project plans using Microsoft Project (MS Project) for two to three projects
• Consolidation of existing project information and documentation into comprehensive project plans
• Development of project schedules, including milestones, timelines, and dependencies
• Structuring of resource planning and allocation across project activities
• Definition and integration of key project deliverables into the overall project plans
• Development of standardized templates for project status reporting and progress tracking
• Knowledge transfer and guidance to enable the internal Project Manager to independently maintain and update the project plans and reporting templates

Requirements

What you can expect:

• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and project management support
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project (MS Project)
• Strong understanding of resource planning, milestone tracking, and deliverable management
• Experience in developing project reporting structures and templates
• Ability to consolidate existing project information into clear, structured, and actionable project plans
• Experience in knowledge transfer and coaching of Project Managers
• Fluent in English and German
• Workload: 50 hours
• Initial contract: 2-3 months starting November 2026
