• Coordination and alignment of maintenance, modernization, and renewal projects in MSR technology.
• Development and presentation of necessary measures in coordination with internal customers.
• Creation of information, variants, and key figures for decision-making.
• Development of uniform, scalable system solutions for building portfolios.
• Creation of tenders and participation in the awarding of planning and installation services.
• Independent project management, including the control of external project planners.
• Creation of schedule and payment plans as well as responsible project documentation and controlling.
• Monitoring of technical implementation and commissioning of the systems.
• Completed engineering degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or building services engineering.
• Several years of experience in planning and managing MSR projects.
• Expertise in room automation and emergency lighting.
• Knowledge in project management.
• Technical knowledge in measurement, control, and regulation technology of building services systems.
• Knowledge in building automation, room automation, and emergency lighting.
• Familiarity with LON and KNX bus systems.
• Practical experience in building services engineering.
• Knowledge of relevant standards.
