Project overview

I am looking for a Project Manager MSR for my client for the H2 electrolysis project at the Lingen site, who will share the tasks on site with the existing project manager.

Time critical!

Project Background:

New construction of a production hall for electrolytic hydrogen production at the Lingen plant. ATEX-relevant environment (high air exchange rates, explosion protection). The ELT/MSR trade is responsible. An overall construction manager is already on site — an experienced MSR project manager is sought to support the existing MSR project manager.

Technical Scope:

Project: MSR Project Manager — Electrolysis Plant (H2), Lingen

Client: Lingen (Ems) Site

Task: Project management MSR for an electrolysis plant in the green hydrogen sector — coordination of the MSR trade from engineering to commissioning

• MSR (focus): Cable trays, cabling, ancillary trades
• Fire alarm system, emergency lighting, gas detection system (Bosch type / suction systems)
• 16 control cabinets (delivered, installed, acceptance)
• DESICO C10, Siemens network / IP address assignment
• TGA interfaces: ventilation units, heat pumps, main feed, ATEX ventilation
• ELT: 400V low voltage, small electronics
• Coordination with 4 other construction managers for other trades

Project details

Immediately (October/November 2026)

End: February 2027 with option for extension

Assignment: 5 days/week onsite in Lingen — no remote

Certification: SCC required (cannot be excluded, can be submitted later or acquired by us)

H2 Experience: Not a must — MSR competence in process engineering plants counts
