Project Manager Overhead Lines (M/F/D)

Project overview

For a demanding energy infrastructure project, an experienced project manager is sought at short notice. The position includes both technical and economic responsibility for the project.

The project manager acts as a central interface between engineering, clients, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. We are looking for a technically proficient generalist who can practically assess complex issues and confidently manage technical and economic decisions.

Responsibilities

Technical and economic management of energy infrastructure projects

Responsibility for project planning, control, and execution

Coordination of internal and external project stakeholders

Management of suppliers and engineering partners

Interface management between engineering, clients, and suppliers

Evaluation of technical concepts and project-relevant decisions

Technical assessment of single-line diagrams and grid connection concepts

Monitoring of project goals, deadlines, costs, and quality

Identification of project-relevant risks and development of suitable measures

Preparation and execution of project meetings

Ensuring transparent project communication and documentation

Requirements

Completed technical degree, preferably in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering, or a comparable field

Several years of experience as a project manager in energy infrastructure projects or plant construction

Practical experience in the field of large battery storage systems is a great advantage

Experience in managing suppliers and engineering partners

Technical understanding of single-line diagrams and grid connection concepts

Strong knowledge of technical and commercial project management

Experience in interface management between clients, engineering, and suppliers

Ability to evaluate and manage both technical and economic issues equally

Strong communication skills, decision-making ability, and a confident demeanor

Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
