Description of the assignment/assistance
The assignment is twofold. Assistance is requested for project management for two regional projects.
Project 1: Prepare and execute the migration of Helse Vest's payroll system to the cloud.
Activities included in the project are updating integrations, handling commercial and security assessments, facilitating process improvement work, supplier contact and follow-up of agreements, and internal coordination.
Project 2: Prepare and execute the implementation of a competence module, with standardized, digitally accessible protocols and structured competence documentation. Here, one must work closely with clinical professional environments in the health enterprises to ensure that the solution is adopted, managed, and further developed in a good way.
The Project Manager shall assist with tasks that are normally part of a project manager's responsibility in an ICT and organizational development project. This includes, among others: Project planning, risk assessment, stakeholder analysis, communication plan, change management, benefit assessment, status reporting, dialogue and reporting to the steering group, communication with union representatives and other stakeholders, and miscellaneous project administrative work.
The project's steering group will at all times determine the responsibilities and tasks assigned to the project manager.
The methodology described in Prosjektveiviseren shall form the basis for the work.
