Project Manager Process Management & Quality Management Systems

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to independently lead a comprehensive transformation project in the areas of process management and quality assurance. The project runs until the end of 2027 and includes the redesign and harmonization of the entire process landscape of an internationally active company.

Responsibilities

You will independently plan, manage, and coordinate the overall project and lead a cross-functional project team. Key tasks include conducting a gap analysis against EN 9100 and relevant AQAP requirements, redesigning approximately 60 company processes, and establishing a structured process house with management, core, and support processes. You will actively participate in process recording, optimization, modeling, and documentation, integrate standard requirements into the processes, and ensure their practical implementation and sustainable application.

Furthermore, you will perform project controlling, track milestones, and report regularly to the Steering Committee.

Requirements

You have several years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or Interim Manager in the defense, aerospace, and aviation industry. You possess sound practical knowledge of EN 9100 and AQAP, as well as proven experience in redesigning and implementing extensive process landscapes. Very good knowledge of process management, process modeling, and process documentation is required. You have experience in managing cross-functional teams and possess methodological competence and leadership skills.
