Responsibilities

For our client Siemens Energy, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Real Estate / Technical Property Manager to lead and manage demanding construction, infrastructure, and real estate projects.

Your ProfileMust-have

• Leading construction, renovation, infrastructure, and site development projects
• Managing and coordinating planners, service providers, and executing companies
• Responsibility for budget, cost, schedule, and quality management
• Coordination of internal and external stakeholders
• Conducting and moderating project and construction meetings
• Accompanying tenders, awards, acceptances, and handovers
• Risk management and creation of management reports
• Ensuring compliance with governance, HSE, and compliance requirements
• Preparation of decision proposals for management
• Managing defect management and ensuring project quality
• Completed technical vocational training
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Real Estate Management, or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects
• Experience in technical project management
• Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• SAP knowledge
• Fluent German language skills

• Master craftsman or technician qualification
