Project overview

We are looking for a Project Manager for SAILPOINT IDENTITY SECURITY CLOUD for a 12-month mission in Paris 13th.

Context

As part of strengthening the IAM team, we are looking for a Project Manager for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud to support the management of project, TMA, and RUN activities around the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solution.

The mission is part-time and requires an experienced, autonomous profile capable of intervening on several dimensions: project management, contractor coordination, RUN, and IAM evolutions.

• Manage IAM activities and organize Steering Committees / Project Committees.
• Ensure budget, contractual follow-up, and reporting.
• Manage the integrator's services.
• Supervise the onboarding of applications in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (approx. 7 applications, including CEGID, PIH…).
• Monitor the production releases of IAM evolutions in Testing and Production.
• Coordinate the various contributors: business departments, HR, Production, Support, and contractors.
• Manage the certification campaigns for authorizations in SailPoint.
• Deploy and administer the campaigns.
• Ensure follow-up and resolution of anomalies.
• Implement and monitor SoD (Segregation of Duties) rules.
• Train and support users on certification campaigns.
• Manage SailPoint TMA activities.
• Collect and qualify user needs.
• Monitor the TMA budget and contract.
• Formalize, prioritize, and track evolution requests with the service provider.
• Monitor minor and major evolutions until their production release.
• Supervise RUN activities and perform first-level checks.
• Identify and analyze the impacts of IAM evolutions.
• Coordinate actions with the Systems, Production, and Support teams.
• Act as a liaison with users and contributors: HR, integrator, Support, Production.
• Manage error corrections and manual corrections: accounts, correlation, aggregation, authorizations, etc.
• Manage the onboarding of new group and license scopes (e.g., Copilot).
• Contribute to the definition and deployment of Entitlement / Access Profile / Role models.
• Participate in the definition of business roles with HR and Business teams.
• Contribute to taking over functionalities currently handled by ARS.
• Significant experience in IAM / IGA project management.
• Confirmed experience with SailPoint, ideally SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Experience in managing TMA and RUN IAM.
• Good command of authorization, certification, roles, entitlements, and SoD topics.
• Experience in onboarding applications on an IAM solution.
• Experience in managing integrators and contractors.
• Autonomy, rigor, and ability to coordinate business and technical stakeholders.
• Good interpersonal skills and good communication abilities.
