Project overview

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Project Manager SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) / Business Intelligence.

The goal is to establish a central reporting platform by introducing SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) across the entire procurement area. This involves linking data from various source systems and databases to create a unified, cross-departmental data foundation. Based on this, meaningful dashboards will be developed to enable transparent reporting and support data-driven decisions in procurement.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the planning, control, and implementation of the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) introduction project in the procurement area
• Coordination of the connection of various source systems and databases to a central reporting platform
• Control of the implementation of interfaces between existing applications and systems
• Coordination of the conception and development of cross-departmentally usable dashboards and reporting solutions
• Alignment with relevant stakeholders and specialist departments for requirements gathering and prioritization
• Ensuring structured project planning as well as adherence to schedules, milestones, and project goals
• Management of collaboration between specialist departments, IT, BI experts, and other project participants
• Proactive risk and escalation management as well as ensuring transparent project communication

Requirements

• Certification in project management according to PRINCE2 or IPMA, preferably PRINCE2
• MUST!
• Experience in the field of SAP Analytics Cloud
• Very good knowledge and demonstrable experience in implementing interfaces between different systems and data sources
• Many years of experience in project management, ideally in a corporate environment
• Sound knowledge in the field of Business Intelligence (BI)
• Experience in managing IT implementation projects and integrating heterogeneous system landscapes
• Very good stakeholder management as well as a confident and assured demeanor at different hierarchical levels
• Strong communication and coordination skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
