Project overview

For a long-term project, we are looking for a Project Manager for SAP Asset Management (S/4HANA integrations to finance and procurement processes).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management of sub-project T5 for connecting Atlas and Triton to the SAP and corporate SAP landscape.
• Setting up, monitoring, and merging all functional, technical, and organizational work packages.
• Cross-departmental reconciliation of all business areas and companies within the DB Group.
• Stakeholder, risk, quality, dependency, and escalation management.
• Governance-compliant preparation of decisions and steering committees.
• Maintenance of the T5 plan and contribution to the overall project plan in MS Project.
• Preparation, moderation, and follow-up of central stakeholder, working, and committee meetings

• More than 5 years of experience in managing SAP S/4HANA projects with complex system and interface dependencies including data migration
• Demonstrable experience with SAP integrations to finance and procurement processes (2 project references)
• Classic project management including robust schedule, milestone, resource, and dependency planning as a project manager (2 project references)
• Experience with hybrid or agile methodologies and collaboration with agile teams, especially SAFe or Scrum (1 project reference)
• Demonstrable expertise in SAP Asset Management (2 project references)
• Up to 3 years of experience as a project manager or sub-project manager in an SAP transformation project with functional or technical leadership
• More than 3 years of experience with Atlassian Confluence
• More than 3 years of experience with Atlassian JIRA
• More than 3 years of knowledge and application of the SAP Activate Framework during project management
• More than 3 years of knowledge of interface technologies (IDoc, RFC, ODATA/REST)
• Up to 3 years of knowledge of SAP BTP
