Project Manager - SAP IAM Project Leadership

Project overview

As part of the project, Identity and Access Management for SAP systems of a large corporation will be further developed and standardized group-wide. The goal is to introduce uniform, audit-proof IAM and governance standards to improve compliance and information security. Existing role and authorization structures will be reviewed, consolidated, and adapted to the new standards. For this purpose, supporting tools such as Xiting and the DeBI-SAP connector will be introduced and integrated into the existing SAP system landscape.

In addition, standardized processes for user and authorization management will be established, and knowledge transfer and training will be conducted.

• Project leadership and definition of project goals, budget, and project organization
• Project planning, progress control, and regular reporting
• Management of dependencies, risks, and critical project paths
• Coordination of project artifacts and presentation of results
• MUST: 7 years of leading complex IT projects with ?* € project volume and multiple sub-projects
• MUST: 5 years of project experience in railway transport or mobility companies
• MUST: 1 certificate in project management according to IPMA or PMI
• MUST: 2 references as project manager or sub-project manager
• MUST: 5 years Jira/Confluence as project manager and Jira configurator
• SHOULD: 1 project reference with SAP interfaces (50%)
• SHOULD: 5 years of experience with the rollout of IT functions (50%)
• Full-time employment with 8h/day and 5 days/week
• Planned project period is 09.11.2026–31.12.2026
• You will perform your services mostly at a location of your choice in Germany (onshore)
