• Independent supervision and management of shutdowns in the scaffolding sector
• Independent control and confident supervision of the project on-site
• Management and coordination of own employees as well as deployed subcontractors
• Responsibility for up to approx. 25 employees at peak times
• Participation in daily project meetings or stand-up reports
• Independent coordination and implementation of the resulting tasks
• Use of SAP within the scope of project execution
• Ensuring a structured and smooth project flow

Know-how:

• Absolutely required: completed qualification as a Master Scaffolder
• Several years or sound experience as a Project Manager in scaffolding
• Experience in independently supervising and managing shutdowns
• Confident use of SAP
• Demonstrable experience in personnel management and subcontractor coordination
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Confident demeanor and strong organizational and communication skills
