Project Manager Series Launches

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for series launches at our location in Bavaria. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of industrialization concepts for new products and will contribute significantly to a successful production start.

Your tasks include planning, scheduling, and monitoring project-specific operating resources, as well as optimizing assembly and manufacturing processes according to Lean Manufacturing principles. You will conduct technical reviews of specifications, assess feasibility according to industry standards, and coordinate process FMEAs for new projects. Furthermore, you will coordinate project progress with launch management and international production sites, support the series handover, and map relevant processes in ERP systems.

The management of series changes and product relocations in the automotive environment is also part of your area of responsibility.

You have a degree in engineering or production technology or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have several years of experience in industrialization, production, or manufacturing planning, preferably in the automotive sector. Good knowledge of project management, assembly, and manufacturing processes is required. You are proficient in using standard office applications, ERP systems, and project management tools. Fluent German and English skills as well as willingness to travel within Europe are prerequisites.
