Project overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives within an Energy organisation.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners to ensure successful outcomes across the project lifecycle.

Contract: 6 months Initial Contract
- Lead the planning and execution of ServiceNow projects from initiation through to go-live.
- Manage project governance, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate business, technical, and supplier teams to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
- Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
- Drive process improvements and platform adoption across the organisation.
- Track project progress and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing enterprise technology or digital transformation projects.
- Strong background delivering ServiceNow implementations or enhancement programmes.
- ServiceNow ITSM and/or CSM project experience.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems integration, ideally involving SAP.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and system integrators.
- Experience working within regulated industries such as Energy, Utilities, Transport, or Public Sector.
- PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
