Project Manager Social (Migration & Integration) (contract)

Project overview

As project manager, you will steer the approach to migration and integration within the municipality.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Leading the Social program line within the Migration & Integration program
• Developing, executing, and monitoring the social strategy for reception, housing, and integration of newcomers
• Focusing on themes such as social support, education, participation, healthcare, welfare, safety, and social cohesion
• Promoting the rapid participation of newcomers in the Bronckhorst society
• Connecting social organizations, educational institutions, healthcare partners, and volunteer organizations
• Collaborating with the municipal organization
• HBO Bachelor's degree, for example in Public Administration, Social Work, Social Geography, Sociology, or Pedagogy
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project manager role in the social domain
• Minimum 5 years of experience with complex social issues within a municipality
• Minimum 5 years of experience with setting up and executing policy and implementation programs in areas such as participation, integration, education, welfare, and/or healthcare
• Experience with collaboration within networks of social organizations, educational institutions, and healthcare partners
• Experience with advising administrators and with political decision-making within a municipality
• Experience with change and implementation processes
