Project overview
+ Analysis of core processes for performance improvement in master data.
+ Advising HR management on the introduction of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite (architecture/project plan).
+ Project Manager for the Employee Central implementation.
+ Advising on functional and technical specifications as well as validation of configuration decisions and solution configurations.
+ Ensuring the sustainable establishment of a foundation for the digital transformation of HR business processes.
+ Planning the required activities within the scope of the EC implementation project.
