Project overview

The assignment includes leading the entire tender process for a new youth website.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Develop an approach plan and project plan, focusing on objectives, governance, planning, risk management, and communication
• Form and manage a working group with internal professionals and stakeholders, and organize working sessions
• Prepare a functional requirements specification and a tender guide for the development of the youth website
• Coordinate the tender procedure, including answering questions from bidders and organizing selection moments
• Analyze bids and prepare assessment matrices and award recommendations
• Support the legal and administrative decision-making process, from contract drafting to award
• Minimum 3 years of work experience, gained in the last 5 years, as a project manager in tenders for websites or digital applications
• Work experience in the last 5 years with tender procedures and tender law
• Demonstrable work experience in the last 5 years with target groups of young people between 16 and 27 years old
• HBO bachelor's work and thinking level
