An internal project has been launched within the FMEA team to propose the right tool for AI-based FMEA processing. An external project manager is sought to support the team in both FMEA and project management aspects.
Project overview
An internal project has been launched with the FMEA team (7 employees). The team is to implement the project independently so that their requirements are adequately considered. The goal of the project is to propose the right tool for AI-based FMEA processing. Due to the dynamics and the different perspectives on this topic, I have decided together with the team that the project should be supported by an external project manager. This person should support the team, both in terms of FMEA and PM technical aspects. The team will spend approximately 10% of their resources on the project (=> 3.5 hours/week/person).
In addition to project management, the PM should also be able to contribute on a technical level (FMEA) and serve as a sparring partner for the team or ask critical questions.
Requirements
FMEA knowledge (experienced, but does not have to be an FMEA moderator)
Project management (experience in leading projects)
Languages: German and English
