Role Overview

The AI Tech Lead serves as the primary technical leader and customer-facing representative for AI and Generative AI initiatives. The role is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions, driving architecture decisions, leading development teams, and collaborating directly with customer stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade LLM, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

The individual will provide technical leadership across AI strategy, solution architecture, agent orchestration, retrieval engineering, model governance, observability, evaluation frameworks, and production deployment while ensuring alignment with customer goals, business outcomes, security requirements, and operational excellence.

• Strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and Agentic AI architectures.
• Expertise in Agno framework and reusable agent skill development.
• Deep knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience with:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering production-scale AI solutions in large organizations.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Enterprise AI solution architecture and design documents.
• Customer-approved AI implementation roadmaps.
• LangGraph-based agent orchestration frameworks.
• Reusable Agno agent libraries and accelerators.
• Production-ready RAG and retrieval platforms.
• Model routing and failover frameworks.
• AI observability dashboards and evaluation systems.
• Security and governance recommendations.
• Technical leadership, mentoring, and customer advisory support.
