Job description:
Configure and support SAP Customer Service (CS) processes, including service notifications, service orders, and repairs.
Handle incident resolution, troubleshooting, and production support.
Work with related SAP modules such as SD, MM, and PM.
Support testing, documentation, and process improvements.
Coordinate with business users to resolve SAP CS-related issues.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in SAP CS.
Knowledge of service orders, notifications, and repair processes.
Experience in SAP configuration, testing, and support.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
