Responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of technical infrastructure projects at the Hildesheim site
• Support in the areas of water supply, cooling, refrigeration, heating, sprinklers, and air conditioning under the guidance of a building services engineer
• Support in the implementation of ventilation and air conditioning (RLT) trades as part of office renovations
• Ensuring schedule, cost, and quality requirements
• Commissioning of new systems up to defect-free acceptance
• Support and optimization of existing systems for energy-efficient operation
• Creation of a basis for data and information management
• Planning and coordination of energy-saving projects in the field of building services

• Several years of professional experience in the planning and coordination of technical projects for building equipment
• Confident use of MS Office
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, creativity, and structured way of working
• Very good German language skills
• English skills are desirable
