Requirements

Sound IT or Business Administration education (preferably university or university of applied sciences degree)

Many years of experience in application development as an expert ServiceNow developer

ServiceNow know-how and experience in the development and operation of OpRisk applications, including analysis, design, implementation, tests, and deployment

Knowledge of ServiceNow modules GRC, IRM, BCM, or TPRM

Affinity or interest in risk management

Ability to work in a team, agile mindset, and communicative personality

Fluent German (at least C1) and English skills, both written and spoken

Zurich, 2 days remote per week (Remote work must be performed in Switzerland – legal requirement)

Customer Segment: Bank

Candidate Residence: The candidate ideally already lives in Switzerland or is willing to rent accommodation in Zurich.

Application from outside CH: The candidate must possess an EU passport, Schengen state. It can also be a dual nationality. (Nationality outside the Schengen area with a work permit for DE, AT, etc. is not possible).

Payrolling: The candidate must be billed by the client's payroller. Applications from agencies and companies can only be considered if the candidate compensates the agency or company for their margin from the salary they receive from the payroller.

Task:

Develop and operate OpRisk (Operational Risk Management Software) applications based on ServiceNow

Analyze existing solutions and requirements, develop technical designs, and implement further developments

Test and deploy changes to the applications
