Project in Berlin with 50% hybrid: Senior Consultant (Expert) for Process Management

Responsibilities

• Support an internal project in the recording, analysis, documentation, and optimization of business processes up to and including Level 3
• Independent preparation and results-oriented execution of interviews, workshops, and coordination meetings with the specialist departments
• Modeling (prerequisite) and maintenance of processes in BPanda as well as identification of optimization potentials and derivation of concrete improvement measures

Requirements

Demonstrable experience (prerequisite) in the analysis, documentation, and optimization of business processes up to and including Level 3.

Confident process modeling (prerequisite) and clear documentation, including in BPanda; ideally practical BPanda experience.

Independent, structured, and results-oriented execution of interviews, workshops, and meetings with specialist departments.

Ability to recognize optimization potentials, derive concrete measures, and definitively record results.

Analytical, strong communication working style as well as relevant project experience, verifiable by references.

Relevant certification in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, or Process Management (e.g., IIBA CCBA/CBAP, IREB CPRE, or OMG OCEB 2) desirable; decisive are demonstrable practice in process analysis and modeling up to Level 3, ideally in BPanda, as well as results-oriented workshop moderation.
