Seeking a Business Architect to manage the digital invoice inbound and outbound processes, focusing on the 'X-Rechnung' project and applications from SPS and Comarch.

Required Qualification(s):
Scope of Services:
- Knowledge of digital invoice inbound and outbound processes for the e- and flow and e-invoicing applications from software manufacturers SPS and Comarch
- Knowledge in the area of input and output management
- Acting as the contact person in the 'X-Rechnung' project and as a line function for the applications from manufacturers Comarch and SPS (formats XRechnung and ZUGFeRD)
- Participation in meetings for the 'X-Rechnung' project in the role of Business Architecture
- Formulation of business requirements and their coordination with the involved interfaces in the project and in line operations
- Initiating the implementation of business requirements after approval by the Functional Owner (FAO)
- Creation and execution of test cases
- Execution of the After Go-Live Check as part of the release
- Testing and approval of the implementation
- Plausibility check of the application's security requirements
- Creation or further development of the application's authorization concept and process documentation
- Review and confirmation of requirements from Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Service Level Agreements
- Defining service levels for the performance quality of the applications
