Seeking an experienced finance professional to analyze and optimize accounting processes, focusing on bank bookings, cash receipts, and month-end closing.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Analysis of existing processes in the area of bank bookings and cash receipts
- Execution and documentation of account reconciliations to identify optimization potential
- Analysis of recurring manual booking processes and development of standardization proposals
- Creation of evaluations for transparency of financial accounting processes
- Execution of deferral and reconciliation analyses as part of month-end closing
- Creation of VAT data for further tax processing
- Creation of a recommendation for action for the further development of financial accounting processes
- Documented analysis of existing accounting processes
- Documented process descriptions for bank and cash bookings
- Several years of experience in financial accounting+
- Experience in process analysis and process optimization
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of month-end closing processes
- Good knowledge in the VAT environment
- Confident handling of Excel and financial data analysis
