- Optimize and streamline payroll processes
- Optimize interfaces
- Advise employees on payroll-related questions
- Sparring on digitalization measures in the HR department
- Independent execution of the entire payroll with DATEV LODAS
- Very good knowledge of German wage tax, social security, and labor law
- Experience in optimizing and standardizing payroll processes
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing interfaces between HR, time management, and payroll systems
- Knowledge of time management with ZEUS
- Experience in collaborating with employees, managers, and external bodies
