Project Developer Photovoltaics - Site Acquisition and Contract Management

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced project developer to identify and acquire locations for Agri-PV and ground-mounted photovoltaic systems. You will independently manage the entire sales and project initiation process from the initial site search to approval.

Your tasks include negotiating and concluding purchase and lease agreements with landowners, creating technical project sketches with yield forecasts and profitability calculations, and presenting projects to municipal councils and regulatory decision-makers. You will oversee the approval processes up to the resolution to prepare a development plan and continuously optimize the go-to-market strategy based on market feedback and network experience.

We expect proven experience in the project development or acquisition of photovoltaic or Agri-PV projects, as well as sound sales experience in the B2B environment, ideally in renewable energies. Negotiation skills for purchase, lease, and cooperation agreements are essential. You should have the ability to manage complex stakeholders such as municipalities, authorities, and landowners. A basic technical understanding of PV projects and profitability analyses is assumed.

Fluent German and English skills are required. The position offers the opportunity to accompany projects from conception to realization in a dynamic growth market and thus make a significant contribution to the energy transition.
