Responsibilities

+ Identification and acquisition of suitable locations for Agri-PV and ground-mounted PV systems

+ Steering the entire sales and project initiation process

+ Negotiation and conclusion of purchase and lease agreements with landowners

+ Creation of technical project sketches including yield forecasts, layout plans, and profitability calculations

+ Presentation of projects to municipal councils as well as political and administrative decision-makers

+ Support of approval processes up to the resolution to adopt a development plan

+ Continuous optimization of the go-to-market strategy based on market feedback and network experience

Requirements

Must-haves:

+ Experience in project development or acquisition of photovoltaic or Agri-PV projects

+ Proven sales experience in the B2B environment, ideally in renewable energies or PV projects

+ Negotiation skills for purchase, lease, and cooperation agreements

+ Ability to manage complex stakeholders (municipalities, authorities, owners)

+ Basic technical understanding of PV projects as well as profitability analyses

Required Language Skills:

German & English
