Brief Description
A financial institution uses BSI as its CRM platform for sales and customer service. For the ongoing program, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead a mixed team of developers, consultants, and architects, bridging the gap between the business department and implementation. We need someone who not only knows BSI projects from the steering committee but also understands what is happening within the team.
Framework Data
- Start: immediately
- Duration: at least 6 months
- Utilization: by arrangement, at least 2 days per week
- Location: DACH region, approx. 90% remote, onboarding and occasional workshops on-site at the client's premises
- Contract Type: freelance, service contract
Responsibilities
- Planning and managing the CRM project in terms of time, budget, and quality
- Leading and coordinating the project team consisting of development, consulting, and architecture
- Managing requirements, prioritization, and release planning together with the business department
- Managing risks, dependencies, and escalations
- Reporting to stakeholders and the steering committee
- Coordinating with the software manufacturer

- Experience as a Project Manager in CRM projects with BSI
- Project experience in the banking or insurance sector
- Confident handling of agile and hybrid project methods
- Fluent German language skills
- Residence within the EU
- Technical understanding of the Java-based and low-code versions of BSI
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., BAIT, DORA)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification
- Knowledge of French
