Job description
Lead end-to-end AI testing projects, from initiation to commissioning, including budget, quality, and risk management. Define SDLC assessment goals and create decision-making bases for management.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for end-to-end project management: Manage projects from initiation to commissioning (including budget, quality, risks, and stakeholder reporting).
- Lead SDLC assessments: Define the target state, scope, and success criteria for SDLC assessments with a focus on testing and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Develop decision-making bases: Create business cases, including cost-benefit analyses, risk, and feasibility assessments for management.
- Manage solution evaluation: Evaluate, recommend, and secure the final selection of suitable tools, platforms, or services via RFI/RFP.
- Take over supplier management: Draft and negotiate contracts for piloting, implementation, and operation in collaboration with Vendor Management.
- Design operating model & architecture: Embed the target architecture and operating model (including roles and responsibilities) into the existing system landscape.
- Ensure governance & security: Develop security, compliance, and data protection concepts in accordance with internal IT security and risk specifications.
- Conduct PoC & piloting: Conceptualize, coordinate, and evaluate technical Proofs of Concept (PoC) as well as pilots for system and LLM integration.
- Ensure scaling & documentation: Integrate the solution into the existing tool landscape and finalize guidelines, operating concepts, and the project test concept.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics (University, FH) or other equivalent education
- Project management competence: Several years of proven experience in managing complex IT and integration projects, ideally in the banking/financial sector.
- AI & Testing Expertise: Substantial experience in the use of AI in the testing context (e.g., Agentic AI, Autonomous Testing) or comparable enterprise projects.
- Test management experience: Sound practical experience in test management, software testing, or QA, preferably in conducting SDLC and test assessments.
- Governance & Security Practice: Many years of collaboration with internal GRC, data protection, and IT security departments in demanding environments.
- Regulatory Know-how: Sound knowledge of relevant compliance requirements, particularly Swiss DPA and FINMA guidelines.
- Proactive, "hands-on" mentality (shaping instead of managing)
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills with internal and external partners
- Native-level German and good English skills complete your profile
