Responsibilities

• Responsibility and management of a central Sales Data Hub as a strategically relevant data product
• Central interface between business units, management, data and IT teams, as well as governance functions
• Recording, structuring, and prioritizing different requirements and interests
• Development of a common target vision and ensuring the alignment of all involved stakeholders
• Active stakeholder and expectation management across various company divisions and hierarchy levels
• Moderation and coordination of differing interests, as well as support in conflict resolution
• Ensuring the business added value of the Data Hub and further development as a reliable basis for data-driven work
• Accompanying product development in an agile or hybrid project environment
• Acting as an intermediary between business requirements and data/IT topics, without having to take on the technical implementation yourself

Requirements

• Sound experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Program Manager, ideally in the data environment
• Experience in the development and further development of data products is an advantage
• Very good understanding of data, digital, and data-driven business topics
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management, especially at senior and management levels
• Experience in complex, cross-divisional, and international corporate structures
• Very strong communication, moderation, and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in agile or hybrid project and product environments
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Fluent English skills, German skills are an advantage
