Seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager for a construction client. The role involves technical and economic responsibility for HVAC projects, site management, cost control, and stakeholder coordination.

For my client in the construction industry, I am currently looking for an experienced Project Manager in the HVAC sector.

- Technical and economic responsibility for HVAC projects
- Management of site supervision and support on the construction site
- Schedule and cost control as well as project controlling
- Central point of contact for clients and specialist planning
- Coordination and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers
- Claims management and billing according to VOB/B
- Reporting
- University degree, technician or master craftsman qualification or comparable qualification in the field of SHK/TGA (Sanitary, Heating, Air Conditioning / Technical Building Equipment)
- Several years of experience as a Project Manager HVAC or TGA
- Sound knowledge of VOB/B and relevant standards
- Experience in cost control and claims negotiation
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and hands-on mentality
- Proficient MS Office skills
