Project Manager (AI-powered Test Automation/Agentic AI) position to be filled at our client in the Banking industry in Zurich.

• Conducting SDLC assessments with a focus on testing and quality assurance
• Developing the target vision, project scope, and success criteria, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders
• Creating decision-making bases for management, including business case, cost-benefit analysis, and risk and feasibility assessment
• Evaluating and recommending suitable solutions using RFI/RFP and supporting tool or service selection
• Developing target architecture, operating model, security, and compliance concepts, and supporting PoC, pilot, and scaling
• Planning, steering, and coordinating the project from initialization to commissioning, including project controlling, risk management, and reporting
• Several years of in-depth experience in managing complex IT and integration projects, ideally in the banking or financial sector
• Proven experience in using AI in the testing context, e.g., Agentic AI, Autonomous Testing, or AI-driven Testing
• Several years of experience in test management, software testing, or quality assurance, ideally with test assessments
• Long-term collaboration with governance, risk, compliance, data protection, and security departments, as well as knowledge of Swiss data protection (DSG) and FINMA requirements
• Language skills: German
• Strong self-organization and structured approach
• High communication skills and teamwork ability in dealing with various stakeholders
• Hands-on mentality as well as a solution-oriented and assertive working style
