Product Manager - Data Analytics & Integrations

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for Data Analytics and Integrations to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities for data analytics applications and integrations in a global IT environment.

This is a hybrid position that combines project management, product ownership, and a deep understanding of data and integration technologies. You will coordinate delivery across data engineering, platform, and reporting teams, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, technical teams, and global technology goals.

Your responsibilities include defining and managing the product vision and roadmap for data analytics applications, coordinating delivery projects across multiple workstreams, overseeing integrations between enterprise platforms and legacy systems, and collaborating closely with technical teams. You will engage senior stakeholders to clarify requirements, set priorities, and manage expectations. Additionally, you will conduct project governance activities, monitor KPIs and platform performance, and proactively identify delivery risks in globally distributed teams.

We expect at least 5-6 years of experience in project and product management in IT environments, with proven experience in data analytics projects and integration platforms. You should have a strong understanding of data and analytics technologies, APIs, integration architectures, ETL processes, and cloud environments. The ability to connect business and technical teams and translate requirements into clear priorities is essential.

Madrid, Spain (Hybrid with occasional office visits). Contract: 6 months initial with extension possibilities. Language: English (C1/C2).
