Project Manager Logistics Concept

Project overview

+ Overall management of the transformation project across the areas of logistics, procurement, networks, IT, controlling, and process management

+ Creation and updating of project plan, milestones, budget, risk, and resource planning

+ Moderation of cross-departmental workshops and coordination committees

+ Development and implementation of future logistics, material management, and warehousing processes

+ Definition and establishment of roles, responsibilities, and organizational structures

+ Management of change management and communication measures

+ Support in the selection and introduction of suitable warehouse management and ERP solutions

+ Preparation of management and steering committee decisions

+ Ensuring the implementation of agreed measures until sustainable anchoring in the organization

+ Introduction of suitable KPI and control mechanisms for success measurement

Requirements

+ Several years of experience as a project manager in complex transformation or organizational projects

+ Demonstrable experience in managing cross-departmental projects with multiple stakeholder groups

+ Experience in the areas of logistics, material management, supply chain, or warehouse organization

+ Experience in change management and the implementation of organizational changes

+ Very good moderation and communication skills at management and specialist level

+ Experience in the introduction or optimization of business processes

+ German spoken and written
