Responsibilities

• Clarification of orders and consulting regarding goal definition, project design, and conception of a high-performing project organization
• Definition of project goals (Time, Scope, Budget) in coordination with the client
• Creation of continuous transparency about progress through regular reporting
• Tracking of the project plan (phase sequence, deadlines), derivation of change requests, and consolidation of status messages
• Prioritization and results-oriented creation of project artifacts according to the project order
• Presentation of results to project managers, including implementation proposals
• Identification and management of project dependencies and critical paths
• Review and re-evaluation of risk occurrence probabilities and adjustment of the action plan
• Adherence to project management methodology and best practice

Requirements

Should-have criteria:

• Must-have: Many years of experience in managing complex IT projects with a total value of * Euros or more and several sub-projects. The projects must have been managed in the role of project manager or sub-project manager.
• Principal (> 7 years of experience)
• Must-have: Several years of project experience in the environment of railway transport or mobility companies
• Senior (> 5 years of experience)
• Must-have: Methodological knowledge in steering complex IT projects, proven by a certificate
• Please provide proof of a corresponding certificate in the context of IPMA or PMI
• Must-have: Proof of roles held (Project Manager or Sub-Project Manager) in the projects worked on
• 2 references
• Must-have: Experience with JIRA/Confluence tools for managing projects in the roles of Project Manager and Configurator of the JIRA environment.
• Experience with IT projects with interfaces to SAP
• 1 reference (Weighting: 50%)
• Experience with projects involving the rollout of IT functions
• Senior (> 5 years of experience) (Weighting: 50%)
