- Definition of project goals (Time, Scope, Budget) in coordination with the client
- Creation of continuous transparency regarding progress through regular reporting
- Tracking of the project plan (phase sequence, deadlines), derivation of change requests, and consolidation of status messages
- Prioritization and results-oriented creation of project artifacts according to the project mandate
- Presentation of results to project stakeholders, including implementation proposals
