Manage the S/4 HANA implementation project for the client, focusing on controlling timelines, tracking milestones in FI and logistics, and monitoring project effort.
Project overview
- Take over project management in the client's S/4 Hana implementation project using the Projecton BCS tool.
- Schedule control and tracking of relevant project milestones in the FI and logistics areas.
- Tracking of project effort tracking.
- Take over project status tracking.
- Escalations to the overall project manager if relevant milestones are foreseeable to be at risk.
