- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation on architectural decisions and interfaces

- Routine handling of cloud telephony solutions such as Microsoft Teams Phone, SIP, or PBX systems
- Familiarity with Enterprise Mobility Management methods
- Practical knowledge in common project management methods such as Scrum or classic PMO
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
