For my client, I am looking for an experienced project manager who will support the internal project leadership in planning, steering, and implementing a project with a duration of approximately twelve months.

• Support of internal project leadership in daily operations as well as in steering and coordinating the project
• Structured planning, organization, and execution of the project over a period of approximately twelve months
• Methodical and administrative coordination of an interdisciplinary project group of about 20 people
• Active stakeholder management and targeted communication at all levels – up to management
• Ensuring transparent project structures, clear responsibilities, and efficient coordination processes
• Support in collaboration between different departments as well as in organizational change processes
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in an international context
• Confident handling of interdisciplinary teams and diverse topics
• Sensitivity and experience in organizational development
• Confidence in structured project planning and execution as well as in methodical stakeholder management up to management
