Job description
Seeking a Project Manager/Consultant for an Order-to-Cash process digitalization project involving EDI and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) for a multinational industrial client. The role involves a multi-country rollout with a mix of remote and on-site work.
Project overview
For an internationally active industrial client, we are looking for support in implementing a solution for the digital processing of incoming customer documents (EDI and Intelligent Document Processing) in the Order-to-Cash process. Rollout across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
- Coordination with local departments and key users, recording of customers and document types
- Identification of country-specific requirements
- Process documentation (Signavio), training materials, training of key users and end-users
- Coordination of interface requirements with IT and external service providers
- Test management: Support with tests and error analysis, defect tracking
- Go-Live planning and execution, monitoring of the first productive documents
- Hypercare, analysis of process KPIs, identification of further automation potential
Requirements

- Experience in Order-to-Cash / order processing, customer service, or sales organization
- Experience with SAP ECC (SD) and EDI, ideally Seeburger
- Experience with IDP / document recognition (e.g., Parashift, Esker, Conexus or similar) is an advantage
- Experience in international rollouts including training and change management
- Signavio, Jira, Confluence are an advantage, SAP or Salesforce certification is a plus
- Good understanding of data integration and interfaces
- Experience in global companies, intercultural competence
