Responsibilities

• Independent project management of the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, taking into account the defined functional and system-related requirements
• Independent analysis, structuring, and evaluation of functional requirements, as well as derivation of suitable solution and implementation recommendations for Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Functional consulting of the Product Owner regarding prioritization, structuring, and feasibility of requirements within the CRM implementation
• Independent management and tracking of work packages, milestones, dependencies, risks, and open decision points
• Independent coordination of functional and technical project interfaces, as well as creation of decision bases and transparent project documentation

Requirements

• Sound project and consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially in the context of implementation or transformation projects
• In-depth functional and system understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as experience in evaluating and structuring CRM requirements
• Demonstrable experience in independently managing complex CRM or digitalization projects
• Sound knowledge of processes in the energy industry, ideally related to customer service, sales, and energy industry customer processes
• Experience in functional consulting of Product Owners, as well as in the structured management of interfaces, dependencies, risks, and decision needs
• Prospect of exciting follow-up projects in the energy world from Hays
• Qualitative support during the ongoing project by our Care colleagues
