Project Manager Land Acquisition and Property Law

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced project manager to manage and coordinate land acquisition for a major infrastructure project. You will act as the central point of contact for all property law matters and will oversee the entire process from planning to construction release.

Your responsibilities include the technical management of service providers, including escalation management for difficulties in acquiring rights of way and handling entry bans. You will coordinate temporary land acquisition, determine usage rights, and conduct negotiations with owners and managers. You will work closely with property law experts and provide them with technical and organizational support.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for data and system management, maintain relevant data in appropriate systems, and coordinate the import of geodata. You will create status reports on land acquisition and construction readiness and communicate regularly with the construction company, project team, and client.

Other tasks include processing compensation and land damage cases, supporting on-site measures such as route inspections, and preparing and supporting expropriation proceedings. You will conduct ongoing performance reviews and handle the billing of services rendered.

We expect experience in land acquisition and property law issues, project management competence, and the ability to manage service providers. Good self-organization, independent work, and affinity for working with relevant systems are required.
